generally used on line size over 2 when higher pressures and temperatures demand the use of carbon or alloy steel,
cast steel valves are designed and manufactured to satisfy
strict requirements in order to prevent external leakage and to meet fugitive emission requirements of most customers. Stuffing box finishes of 63 to 125 RMS, stem finished of 16 to 32 RMS control of staginess and concentricity of stems, and controlled diametrical clearances between stem and gland, stem and backseat, and gland and stuffing box, all combine to guarantee consistent performance of stem seals. Gasket surfaces between bodies and bonnets are strictly controlled to fines guarantee consistent sealing in gaskets areas. We can manufacture and supply

Forged Steel Valve
used in Oil Refining and other industrial applications where forged steel material is required. higher pressures and temperatures are involved and the line size is generally under 2-1/2”. Other factors could also favor the selection of forged steel, such as system requirements for socket-weld piping and compatibility of media. We are one of the biggest Forged Steel Valves manufacturer in China. We supplies :Forged Steel Gate Valve、Forged Steel Globe Valve, Forged Steel Check Valve, Forged Steel Y-Pattern Valve, Forged Steel Bellow Sealed Valve etc, We can manufacture and supply Forged Steel Valves according to your requirements, please feel free to contact us !

Hydraulic control valve
as used in industrial applications are built in several pressure ranges. The majority of present applications are in the range of 0 to 1500 lb per sq in., but the trend is toward higher pressures. Various types of valves are used in hydraulic systems to control or regulate the flow medium. Hydraulic valves contain and transfer the flow and pressure of hydraulic fluid in hydraulic power systems. They range from simple shutoff valves to precision control valves. Common types of hydraulic valves include angle, ball, block and bleed, check, control, cartridge, directional, drain, needle, poppet, pressure relief, safety, shut off, solenoid, spool, and stack mounted valves. In their unpowered state, hydraulic valves can be normally open (open center) or normally closed (closed center).
Hydraulic control valves with a tandem center connect the pressure and tank ports, but block the service ports to allow system unloading and isolation of the service lines. Devices with a float center allow the supply to be shut off and enable the load to move to other services.
Butterfly valve
may include a pressure-tight resilient seat and an angularly offset disc. Butterfly valve designs use a hard seat and an O-ring or piston ring around the disk to seal.
Butterfly valves range in size from small to enormous, and are well suited for large flows of gases, liquids, or slurries, offer a number of advantages when used for the proper application. They may be used in a wide variety of chemical services, they are available with small dimensions allowing for use in areas where space is limited, and they allow a high coefficient of flow. Conversely, the design of butterfly valve creates the disadvantage of not being easy to clean, and therefore should be avoided in situations that call for sterile, medical or food processing applications. Additionally, some styles may have difficulty dispensing slurries.
Gate valve
are advantageous in applications involving slurries, as their “gates” can cut right through the slurry. They are also used in applications that involve viscous liquids such as heavy oils, light grease, varnish, molasses, honey, cream and other non-flammable viscous liquids. They are available in large sizes to better handle thick flow. However, Gate Valves do have low-pressure limitations, and are not optimal in applications that require cleanliness or sanitary conditions. They are excellent for use anywhere a shutoff valve is needed. They can also be used where throttling capabilities are desired, although this is not generally recommended as erosion of the seat and disc occurs due to the vibrations of the disk in throttling applications.
Plug valve
also called cock or stop-cock valves, date back to ancient times, where they were developed for use in citywide Roman plumbing systems. Today, they remain one of the most widely used valves for both on/off and throttling services. Their design is fairly simple; the body is comprised of three main parts: body, cover and plug. The plug is a cylindrical, tapered, or generally cone-shaped device that can be raised or lowered within the seat to maintain, restrict or completely shut off flow. The valve is opened by rotation, with the plug itself being the only element that is capable of movement. Early models of plug valves used metal-to-metal seals that were nonlubricated. This design is still used, but problems with galling and sticking limit their usefulness. The use of lubricant between the plug face and the seat eliminates most of these problems. The lubricant helps to control leakage around the plug, reduces wear between the valve contact surfaces, and slightly lifts the plug to reduce the operating torque required to operate the valve.
Ball valve
are the three different types of rotary valves used in industrial plants. They are widely used in fluid-handling systems for flow control. These types of rotary valves are suitable for corrosive applications. They are used in detergent, pharmaceutical, chemical, rubber, pulp and paper plants, water treatment systems, textile mills and food processing plants, In general, ball valves offer many advantages when contrasted with other valve types. They provide superior ease of operation and can maintain and regulate high volume, high pressure and high temperature flow. Most ball valves offer rugged construction providing for a long service life, and a comparably low cost. Additionally, the design of the regulating element allows the valve to function without the complications of side loads, typical of butterfly or globe valves, and the valve design permits inspection and repair of seats and seals without removing the valves’ body from the line.
